Kaizen is present at, and runs, a number of Initial Teacher Training recruitment events throughout the year. You will find details and sign-up links below for all of our Secondary Initial Teacher Training recruitment events.

Open Mornings will run 9.00am – 12.30pm.

Kaizen secondary school open mornings are an opportunity to find out more about the School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) process, to visit Kaizen schools that are offering placements and to gain some school experience.

The mornings will include:

A presentation about the Initial Teacher Training process given by Kent and Medway Training (KMT).
A presentation about the school given by the Professional Tutor.
A tour of the school.
An opportunity to observe a lesson.
An opportunity to ask questions and arrange further school experience
